There is no travel fee within a 40-mile radius of our Scottsdale base, which covers all of Paradise Valley. IV Revival was founded in 2016 by two Nurse Anesthetists who wanted expert IV placement delivered somewhere more comfortable. That founding rule still holds: every IV is placed by an experienced registered nurse, and every treatment is mixed on site from company-supplied stock. How It Works
Booking with IV Revival is straightforward. Call or text (480) 848-1678, or email info@ivrevival.com, and our team will confirm your appointment between 9 AM and 9 PM. A registered nurse then travels to your Paradise Valley home or resort suite with everything needed for your treatment. Once on site, your nurse reviews your health history, checks your vitals, and mixes your drip in front of you from company-supplied stock. Your nurse stays with you for the entire infusion and packs up afterwards. Please note that a $75 cancellation fee applies to single-person appointments cancelled close to the appointment time.

What does an IV session include?
Your nurse performs a brief health review, checks your vitals, places the line, and stays with you throughout the infusion. When you book, we will confirm what to expect for your selected drip, including NAD+ infusions, which are administered based on your dose.
Is IV therapy safe?
IV therapy carries the same general risks as any needle-based procedure, including minor bruising or irritation at the site. To keep risk low, IV Revival uses experienced registered nurses only, follows protocols developed and overseen by a board-certified anesthesiologist, and reviews your health history and vitals before starting. IV therapy is not a substitute for emergency medical care.
What should I do before my appointment?
Eat something light beforehand, drink a glass of water if you can, and wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your arm. Have a spot in mind where you would like to sit or recline. Your nurse will handle the rest.
What is your cancellation policy?
A $75 fee applies to single-person appointments cancelled close to the appointment time. Outside that window, there is no cancellation fee.
