What Is Actually in the Revive IV
- Balanced electrolyte fluids, one liter
- The base of the drip and the thing that carries everything else. One liter replaces roughly the volume most adults are down after a hard workout, a hot day or a stretch of poor water intake, and it goes into the bloodstream rather than through digestion.
- Vitamin B12, as its own push
- B12 is the single B vitamin most commonly low in adults, particularly over 40, on metformin or on long-term acid reducers. It is a required cofactor for DNA synthesis and for the myelin sheath around nerves, and works alongside folate in red blood cell production. Oral absorption depends on intrinsic factor; the IV route sidesteps it.
- B-complex, the whole family
- B1 and B2 feed the Krebs cycle, B3 is the backbone of NAD, B5 builds coenzyme A, and B6 drives amino acid metabolism. Each sits at a different step of the pathway that turns food into ATP, the molecule cells actually spend. Standard B-complex carries little B12, which is why the B12 in this bag is pushed separately.

Your drip is reviewed before anyone sets out
Every treatment is authorized under the protocols written by our medical director, Dr. Drew Davenport, a board-certified anesthesiologist. That happens before the nurse is dispatched.
Step 03
A registered nurse arrives and mixes on site
She reviews your history, takes your vitals, draws up the B12 and B-complex from company stock in front of you and places the line. She stays for the whole liter, removes the line and packs out.

Service area and travel
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Glendale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Peoria, Ahwatukee and Avondale. There is no travel fee within 40 miles of Scottsdale. A travel fee applies beyond it.
Hours
9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, weekends and holidays included. Call or text (480) 848-1678, or book online and we will confirm the visit.
Cancellation
A $75 fee applies to a single-person appointment cancelled within one hour of the appointment time. Outside that hour there is no charge.
Groups
Bachelor and bachelorette parties, wedding parties, corporate events and house guests: call (480) 848-1678 and we will build the booking. More than one nurse can be sent to the same address inside the service area.
VIP membership
$39 a month drops the Renew IV from $220 to $160. Three-month minimum, then cancel any time with no fee. It is a Renew rate, so a Revive drip stays $175.
Add-ons and payment
Any Revive drip can take an add-on at $25 each, including Benadryl and Pepcid, and your nurse will offer them before starting. Cash, all major credit and debit cards, and HSA cards, taken at the appointment. IV therapy is elective and is not billed to insurance.

Is the Revive IV worth $175?
The $175 covers a liter of balanced fluids, a full B12 push, a full B-complex push, and a registered nurse who comes to you anywhere within 40 miles of Scottsdale, mixes it in front of you, places the line and stays for the whole drip. It is $25 more than the base bag and $45 less than the Myers cocktail.
How is this different from taking a B-complex tablet?
How much of a tablet reaches the bloodstream depends on stomach acid, on what else you have eaten and, for B12, on a stomach protein called intrinsic factor that plenty of adults are short of. An IV removes those variables: the full dose goes into circulation through the same line as the fluid.
When should I book it, before or after a hard effort?
After. Revive is a recovery drip, not a preload. Most performance clients book it the evening after a long ride, a tournament or a heavy lifting session, when fluid losses are highest. Booking it beforehand does not do the job that a meal and a night of sleep do.
How is Revive different from the Replenish IV?
Replenish is one liter of lactated ringers with its electrolytes and nothing else. Revive is that same base with B12 and B-complex added for $25 more. If you are thirsty, Replenish. If you are flat, Revive.
What if I have never had an IV outside a hospital before?
Your nurse walks you through every step before anything happens. Every line at IV Revival is placed by a registered nurse, never an EMT, a paramedic or a technician, and the protocols are overseen by our medical director, Dr. Drew Davenport, a board-certified anesthesiologist. You watch the bag set up in front of you and you can stop at any point.
Do you take insurance, and can I use an HSA card?
IV therapy is elective and is not billed to insurance. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and HSA cards. If you are paying with an HSA card, check with your plan administrator what qualifies under your account.
