What Is Actually in the Migraine Relief IV
- pH-balanced IV fluids, one liter
- A full liter of sterile fluid matched to the pH of your blood, infused at a rate that is comfortable lying down. It is the carrier for everything else in the bag, and on its own it corrects a fluid deficit that a nauseated stomach may not have been letting you correct by drinking.
- The electrolytes in the fluid
- Sodium, potassium and chloride at physiologic concentrations. These are what let a liter of fluid actually stay in the body and rehydrate at cell level rather than passing straight through, and they are what normal nerve and muscle signaling runs on.

Every treatment is authorized under the protocols written by our medical director, Dr. Drew Davenport, a board-certified anesthesiologist, before the nurse is dispatched to you.
Step 03
A registered nurse arrives and works quietly
She checks your vitals, confirms the ingredients with you, sets the bag up from company stock and places the line. The liter infuses while you rest with the lights the way you want them. She stays for the whole treatment, removes the line and packs out.

Cancellation
A $75 fee applies to a single-person appointment cancelled within one hour of the appointment time. Outside that hour there is no charge.
Groups
Bachelor and bachelorette parties, wedding parties, corporate events and house guests: call (480) 848-1678 and we will build the booking. More than one nurse can be sent to the same address inside the service area.
VIP membership
$39 a month drops the Renew IV from $220 to $160. Three-month minimum, then cancel any time with no fee. It is a Renew rate, so a Migraine Relief IV stays $190.
Add-ons and payment
Add-ons are $25 each and your nurse will offer them before starting. Cash, all major credit and debit cards, and HSA cards, taken at the appointment rather than at booking. IV therapy is elective and is not billed to insurance.

Is the Migraine Relief IV worth $190?
The $190 covers the liter of fluids, the doubled magnesium, the B-complex, the non-narcotic pain and anti-inflammatory medication, and the registered nurse who places the line and stays for the whole drip, anywhere within 40 miles of Scottsdale. There is no travel fee inside that radius and no facility fee. You are paying for the ingredients and for not having to leave your bedroom.
How is this different from taking oral magnesium?

Every line at IV Revival is placed by a registered nurse, never an EMT, a paramedic or a technician, and the protocols are overseen by our medical director, Dr. Drew Davenport, a board-certified anesthesiologist. If you decide partway through that you want to stop, she stops.
Do you take insurance, and can I use an HSA card?
IV therapy is elective and is not billed to insurance. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and HSA cards. If you are paying with an HSA card, confirm with your plan administrator what qualifies under your account.
