Do you charge a travel fee?
No travel fee within a 40 mile radius of our Scottsdale base, which covers Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Glendale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Peoria, Ahwatukee, and Avondale. Beyond that radius, a travel fee applies.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes. Book online or call and we will confirm your visit.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your appointment at no charge. A single person appointment cancelled close to the scheduled time is $75.
Who actually shows up at my door?
An experienced Registered Nurse, never an EMT, a paramedic, or a technician. Every treatment follows protocols overseen by our medical director, Dr. Drew Davenport, a board certified anesthesiologist.
